This summer, teens aged 12–15 can level up their creativity with a two-day digital art and animation course at Yarn. Designed for budding artists, animators and tech lovers, this hands-on workshop is all about building skills, exploring ideas, and having fun—with no experience needed.
Day 1: Digital Art Mastery
Learn to use Procreate on iPads with stylus pens
Create your own original, hand-drawn character
Explore digital techniques like layering, shading and brushwork
Day 2: Animation Takeover
Animate your character using top animation apps
Learn the building blocks of storytelling through movement
Turn your artwork into a short animated scene
All equipment is provided, and the small-group format provides plenty of one-to-one guidance. Participants will leave with new creative confidence and digital skills they can keep building on, and they’ll be proud to share their work.
