About

A cosy, restorative evening of spiced cacao, seasonal poetry, slow movement and a candlelit sound bath, inspired by Samhain.

As the evenings draw in, we’ll pause at this seasonal threshold and reflect on what we’re bringing into the darker months. Expect low lights, space to slow down, and time to get comfortable beneath a blanket.

.Maria Mooney will guide journalling and gentle movement, while Alena Walker shares a seasonal poem and weaves in an optional offering of Walnut flower essence drops to mark the turning season. We’ll also share a special cacao: an adaptogenic blend combining raw cacao with ashwagandha, reishi, rose petals and warming spices, including cinnamon and cardamom.

Debbie of Soulful Touch will guide a lie-down sound bath by candlelight, with gentle touch and cedar scent also offered as optional elements.

This is a nourishing gathering for women to reconnect with themselves and welcome the darker months.

Please bring a yoga mat, journal and pen. Wear cosy clothing and socks, and bring a blanket, cardigan, shawl or scarf to cover yourself during the sound bath.
