About

This seasonal event series with Maria Mooney offers a nourishing monthly space for women to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves. Each workshop is themed to the season, creating a unique and immersive experience every time.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through a blend of gentle, restorative practices, including special herbal and flower teas, cacao rituals, moments of personal reflection, guided relaxation and meditation, and soft movement to support lymphatic and fascial flow. Elements of connection to the body’s energy centres are also woven throughout, alongside opportunities for meaningful group connection.

Folk herbalist Alena Walker will create bespoke herbal tea blends and seasonal botanical beverages inspired by each month's theme. Drawing on the energetics and traditional uses of plants, each gathering offers a chance to experience the season through taste, scent and story.

Designed as a beautiful monthly check-in, these gatherings are perfect for those seeking space to slow down, nurture their wellbeing, and build genuine connections with like-minded women, or simply to celebrate and enjoy the seasons.

Bring your journal, pen and a yoga mat if you have one.
