This powerful 16-minute documentary follows surfer and swimmer Al Mennie as he takes on his Swim Through Darkness campaign - plunging into the freezing Atlantic, alone and at night, through the darkest months of the Irish winter.
His mission: to shine a light on the often-hidden mental health struggles faced by people across Northern Ireland and beyond.
It’s a moving portrait of courage, cold water and the endurance of the human spirit.
The evening will include:
