This September, multidisciplinary artist Freny Pavri joins Yarn as our first Artist in Residence, opening up her dynamic and embodied practice of movement, voice, music and meditation for others to witness, share in and explore.
Friday: Meditation and Creative Flow
Learn how to encourage a state of creative flow. These practices are useful if you feel stuck and want to find yourself working more effortlessly and feel better connected to your creativity and state of flow.
